*One to One Personal Training

When starting out on a fitness journey many people are concerned and anxious about joining new group classes or training sessions. Of course I would encourage people not to be worried about joining any class that everybody has to start somewhere. However I do understand that some people would prefer to start training on a one-to-one basis, with this in mind I also offer one to one personal training sessions.

One-to-one sessions can take what ever format you would like and can be based on running, cycling or strength and conditioning.

There are many benefits to one-to-one training such as:

  • The session can be completely tailored to meet your individual needs.
  • There is no need to feel self-conscious or concerned about your fitness levels as the pace will be dictated by you.
  • The sessions can be organised at a time that suits you.
  • One-to-one training will allow us to work together to set clear fitness goals and regularly monitor your progress.
