Setting new goals, starting a new sport, or committing to being the best you can be is an exciting time. However, sometimes it stops there. Over the years, I’ve developed a few strategies that have worked for me when achieving my goals. These strategies have also worked for the many clients here at Focus on Fitness.
Your performance is determined not only by your ability but also, most importantly, by your attitude and motivation. If we learn to change our approach when we are struggling to achieve something, then surrendering does not have to be an option. A key concept to success is dedication. Dedication is critical to achieving your goals. Persistence and follow through will see you progress and achieve that desired outcome.
