Following the success of the online fitness classes that I ran over lockdown, I am making them a permanent offering for the winter. These classes are open to everyone, and suitable for all levels.

Initially there will be 3 classes per week;

  • Turbo Training – Monday @ 6 pm
  • Strength and mobility – Tuesday @ 6.30 am
  • Kettlebells – Thursday @ 6.30am

All classes will be streamed live to a private Facebook group. This means that if you miss the class live, you will be able to find it in this group to follow at a time that suits you.

Pricing

Focus on Fitness clients on TP plan; €5 per class, or €20/month for full access

Non-Focus on Fitness; €8 per class, or €40/month for full access

Additional Information

  • Classes will be delivered through Zoom
  • Classes are approx. 1 hour each
  • Limited equipment needed
  • Initially, there will be 3 classes a week, but as the evenings get darker more classes will be added
  • Pay per class, or sign up to a monthly package
