After the success of last months Triathlon Trainng Camp I am delighted to say Focus on Fitness returns to Lanzarote in 2019 to take on a week of structured, and focused training. 

And once again we finish with one of the highlights of the 2018 Camp….. Club La Santa Voclano Traithalon 2019!

Join us for 8 nights, 7 days at the luxury Occidental Lanzarote Mar. A superb venue…with an Olympic size, heated swimming pool on site, it is perfect for those seeking first class training facilities and accommodation.

Briefing Saturday Evening Ready To Train Sunday (Time To Be Confimed)

Prices Starting at €899pp based on 2 sharing (single supplement available, contact Martin for prices)

  • Half Board, breakfast and evening meal included
  • Transport: airport to and from hotel included
  • Two coached sessions a day (swim, bike, run combination)
  • Start the day with a coached session in 50m pool
  • Sessions will be run by fully qualified and experienced coaches
  • Flights not included (good selection of direct flights available, Aer Lingus, Ryanair)
  • Bike hire available, must be booked in advance
  • One to One sessions available during the week with swim, bike and running coaches, (must be booked in advance)
  • Optional and extra cost: Volcano TriathlonSaturday 4th of May (Let me know when booking if you are interested in taking part, relay or full event)
  • A €200 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your place

This training week is suitable for and open to all, beginners to experienced triathletes wishing to make a commitment to improvement.

Sessions will be hard and fast paced, but enjoyable!
