Adventure Coaching

I completed my first triathlon in 2007 and spent the next few years doing odd races here and there. In April 2011 I decided that I wanted to lose weight, increase my fitness levels and participate competitively in triathlons. I turned to Martin for advice and guidance.

Martin completed an initial fitness assessment and from there he tailored made a training plan to meet my individual needs. Since working with Martin I have gone from running 9:00min miles to 6:30min miles and I have taken an hour off my half ironman time. I have had two top ten finishes in duathlons and recently came 4th in my first adventure race. With Martin’s support and encouragement I am hoping to complete Ironman Lanzarote 2013. If you are looking to increase your fitness levels and reach your goals, Martin is the man for you.
